Topic: “The Impact of HB 40 on Texas Drilling Operations”

Mr. Marlin graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and went to law school at University of Texas in Austin. Mr. Marlin has been at Locke Lord for 10 years, and is currently a partner in the litigation section. Mr. Marlin concentrates his practice on commercial disputes and real estate litigation. He has litigated numerous disputes related to energy in oil and gas industries, commercial landlord-tenant issues, and title issues.
