Michael W. Huddleston is a senior partner with Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, and practices primarily in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Houston. He provides counsel and litigates insurance coverage and bad faith cases involving all lines of insurance. He has also served as an expert witness and a mediator/arbitrator in complex insurance cases. Huddleston was recently recognized as one of five “Top Notch” attorneys in the field of insurance law in the Texas Lawyers’ “Go To Guide.” He has been repeatedly selected a Texas Monthly “Super Lawyer” and a “Best Lawyer in America.” Based on his experience and case law, he will speak to us about risk management and insurance coverage in the oil and gas industry.
