Rhodes Hamilton, Partner at Hamilton Squibb

Rhodes Hamilton is a founding partner of Hamilton & Squibb, LLP.  His practice focuses primarily on oil-and-gas and real-estate matters.  Mr. Hamilton represents exploration-and-production companies of all sizes who are involved in developing both conventional and unconventional natural-resource plays.  His representation experience includes a variety of operational and title matters.  In addition, his practice includes representation of various industry personnel for in all types of matters related to the oil patch.  Prior to formation of the firm, Mr. Hamilton worked in-house for an operating company that focused on developing the Barnett Shale formation in and around Fort Worth, Texas. His responsibilities included land work, serving as a legal resource to company landmen and overseeing the company’s curative department.

Mr. Hamilton is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas.
